Rachael, who was paraded at the state Police Command alongside two accomplices, claimed she sold the baby due to her inability to cater for her. The baby's father had allegedly denied paternity, leaving Rachael to care for the child alone. According to Rachael, she was introduced to a woman who helped her sell the baby.
