The People's Democratic Party has re - affirmed it's readiness to ensure that it stands firm on the appeal court ruling, which stated that only confirmed names of delegates the court afirmed, will be used for the Anambra Congress. Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has disclosed that the state will currently pay N85,000 minimum wage to its workers, which is N15,000 higher than the N70,000 approved by the Federal Government in July. The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) has informed her esteemed customers of a general system collapse that occurred at 18:48 hours today, 14th October, 2024, this was made known to our correspondent by  Emeka Ezeh, the  Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC. The presidency has refuted claims that the country was snubbed in the recent United Nations Human Rights Council elections. The clarification comes in response to circulating reports suggesting Nigeria’s exclusion from the council.
