Laments Enugu state government's Neglect Chief O. Z Ubah an indigene of Ugwuoba Community in Enugu state has called on the governor and government of Enugu state to look into the neglect of Ugwuoba Community over the years which has made him to ask, if the town is in Enugu or Anambra, as there are no infrastructure to state that the state government is aware that they are part of the state.
