SAM DADDY'S RESURGENCE: A DEATH KNELL ON IHEDIOHA'S AMBITION

All keen observers never saw this coming, even political pundits were taken unawares, but the fact remain, that if the press release by Ali Odefa, the National Vice Chairman, PDP, Southeast Zone, is anything to go by, Sen. Samuel Anyanwu popularly known as Sam Daddy, has set the stage for a successful take over of the party structure, not just in the State, but eventually, in the Southeast and beyond. That press release had in it, a note of gloating, as it says the emergence of Sam Daddy was a display of maturity! As an unabashed Saraki ally, and a notable Wike camper, it goes without saying that Sam Daddy has got all the aces he needs to not only get his pound of flesh from the Mbutu born, supreme court sacked politician, but also to see to it that dead things stay dead! We live in a short memory country, but it is still fresh in many a mind, that within the 7 months' misadventure of Ihedioha in Imo State, he tried his best to, literally, set fire on all sectors of the state, simu...

ANAMBRA 2021: IN DR. CHIDOZIE NWANKWO, AAC, GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE, WE HAVE A HOME GROWN GOVERNOR.

Anambra State is blessed with Human and Material Resources. Since the creation of the State, we have heard Governors who have governed the State. The only two best so far who have distinguished themselves in governance of the State are Senator Dr. Chris Ngige and Mr. Peter Obi. The sole reason for their wonderful performances and prudent management of resources is very simple. They were homegrown. They lived with us, eat our food, travel on our roads and understand our Predicaments. In fact, they have the local sense needed to place Anambra State where it rightly belonged. Today, Ndi Anambra can see the difference between Dr. Chirs Ngige, Mr. Peter Obi and Governor Willie Obiano. It is very obvious an "Importee" cannot do much because he does not understand the terrain. As November 6 Anambra Gubernatorial poll approaches, Dr. Wilson Chidozie Nwankwo is stepping forward with a practical home-grown solution to the challenges bedeviling the State. It is an understatement to say ...
