Otolo Youth Leadership Visits Chief Ifeanyi Ekwulugo

The leadership of Otolo Youths in Nnewi, led by Hon. Emeka Ofoma has paid a courtsey visit to Chief Ifeanyi Ekwulugo (IYCON) to familiarize themselves with him for the community development he has been doing in Nnewi.  The youth leader said that they presented there development Initiative to him which they believe he will be of great importance to them. They also commended him for the visible community development he has been doing in his community which has benefited the youths in his community, especially the pallative he provided during the Covid19 that ravaged the world in 2020. Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, has died

The Duke of Edinburgh - Prince Philip - has died, Buckingham Palace has said. A statement from Buckingham Palace said: "It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen has announced the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. "His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle." This statement was published by the palace today. Nwajiuba presents 20 new private universities with license

The minister of state for Education, Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today presented 20 new private universities with licenses to enable them kick off academic sessions in the country. THREE IN POLICE NET FOR VANDALIZING EEDC PROPERTY

Another Police Division in Imo Razed.

Gunmen on Tuesday razed the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area Divisional Police Headquarters in Imo State. This development came just a day after unknown gunmen attacked Owerri Correctional Centre and the Imo State Police Command headquarters, freeing 1,884 inmates and razing over 50 vehicles. Tuesday’s attack came few hours after the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, the former Inspector-General of Police, Muhammed Adamu, and other Government functionaries visited Imo state to inspect the level of damage on the attacked security facilities. Nwajiuba receive VP Osibanjo in Owerri

The Honorable Minister of State, Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today joined H.E Sen. Hope Uzodinma, Executive Governor of Imo State in receiving the Vice President,  Prof Yemi Osibanjo to Owerri  Imo State. PMB Approves Appointment Of Usman Alkali As Acting IGP

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of DIG Usman Alkali Baba as acting Inspector General of police. He immediately replaces Mohammed Abubakar Adamu.The Minister of Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi disclosed this to State House correspondents on Tuesday. The president had on the 4th of February, extended the tenure of Mohammed Adamu as the Inspector General of Police for three months out of which the erstwhile police boss spent two months and three days.

Death of Kanu, Obi double-barrel tragedy for Ndigbo

The national vice president of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief Damian Okeke Ogene, has paid glowing tributes to the former military governor of Lagos State, Rear Admiral Ndubisi Kanu, and a second republican senator, Chief Onyeabo Obi, who have joined their ancestors.
