The leadership of MASSOB in Anambra state has called on the government of Anambra state, lead by Chief Wille Obiano to direct Justice Otti,of Ogidi  High court to henceforth release their members who have been held in detention without trial for the last 4 years. Chief Arinze Igbani made this call recently at Ekwulobia, where he led other MASSOB members to a protest march, which was peaceful to ensure that their members who has been held captive without trail in various prisons in the state are released. More protests have continued to greet the continued incarceration of the chairman of the Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, who has been in the detention cell of the Department of State Services (DSS) since May 6. Youths of Nnewi community in Nnewi North Council Area of Anamnbra State, today, staged a peaceful protest, demanding the release of Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah over the continued incarceration of their brother, the chairman of Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd., by the officials of the DSS.
