OZUBULU POLITICAL STAKEHOLDERS UNITE BEHIND CHIEF (Dr) EBUKA ONUNKWO FOR SENATE


On March 23, 2025, the Ozubulu Political Stakeholders formally endorsed Chief (Dr) Ebuka Onunkwo, a frontline senatorial aspirant for the Anambra South Senatorial zone, under the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). This endorsement took place at the Ozubulu Civic Center, where Chief Onunkwo and his campaign team received a warm reception from prominent Ozubulu political actors across various party lines, including the PDP, LP, APC, and others.

During the event, Dr. Onunkwo expressed his deep connection with Ozubulu, citing the location of Seahorse Lubricant Industries Ltd in the community. He highlighted his significant investments in human capital development, including scholarship programmes for numerous Ozubulu indigenes. Dr. Onunkwo further announced the addition of five more beneficiaries to his scholarship scheme.
Speaking further, Chief Onunkwo emphasised his commitment to fairness and equal treatment, pledging to extend his support to all constituencies within the Anambra South Senatorial Zone. He sought the stakeholders' support for the forthcoming senatorial election.

The endorsement was further solidified by speeches from notable figures, including Prof. Patrick Nky Obi, former Commissioner for Housing, and Sir Norbert Obi, former APGA State Chairman. Dr. Onunkwo expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders and promised integrity-based representation at the Red Chambers, with deserved dividends to the constituencies.
This endorsement marks a significant milestone in Chief Onunkwo's senatorial campaign, demonstrating his growing support among key stakeholders in the Anambra South Senatorial zone.

Valentine Ozigbo Resigns from Labour Party

In a shocking move, against all speculations over the last few days, Valentine Ozigbo, a close ally of Peter Obi, has announced his resignation from the Labour Party (LP).
