Nigeria's electricity sector presents numerous investment opportunities, including Generation, Transmission*, and Distribution segments. The sector is open to private sector participation, with the government aiming to increase power generation and distribution capacity.

Investors can explore opportunities in renewable energy, such as solar and wind power, as well as gas-fired power plants. The government has also introduced initiatives to improve the transmission and distribution infrastructure, reducing power losses and increasing efficiency.
