Compensate Ukachukwu Brothers or..., Ohaneze Tackle Wike, FCDA over Unlawful Demolition of Investments

The Apex Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohaneze Ndigbo has demanded an immediate apology to the Ukachukwu brothers and their subsequent compensation by the Federal Government, over what it called, the unprovoked illegal demolition of the Real Estate Investment at Asokoro extension on the orders of the Minister of FCT, Barr Nyesom Wike. Recall that officials of the Federal Capital Development Agency, acting on the orders of the FCT Minister, had on the 27th March 2024, invaded the project site with a detachment of over 300 security personnel including the Army, the Navy, the Police, and many others, and destroyed the properties. The said property has the registration number: FCDA/DC/BP/ASD/29163 validly approved by the FCT authorities for development. Amuda Autonomous Community has come out to condemn in its entirety, the falsehood being spread by a group under the aegis of Ezza Ezekuna Consultative Assembly. There Was No Fighting Or Rancor In The Senate Over Seats Allocation - Adaramodu

 The Senate has described as untrue, rumour making the rounds in some online media platforms that there was disagreement and rancor over the seating arrangements in the Senate. The purported rancor,  it added, exists only in the minds of the purveyors and sponsors of the news. A statement by the Senate Committee Chairman on Media and Publicity, Yemi Adaramodu reads:   " There was no disagreement, rancor or any verbal tirade in respect of the seating arrangements in the Senate chamber. The Senate resumes today in the newly renovated chamber and the seating positions of Senators were done in accordance to the established Legislative protocols. " It's pertinent to note that rankings of Senators and leadership positions are considered when allocating seats to Senators.
