Recall that the Supreme Court of Nigeria in a landmark ruling, recognized Barr. Sylvester Ezeokenwa as the legitimate Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). The court's verdict was clear: Ezeokenwa is the rightful national chairman, and his name has been restored on the Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC) website, as sighted in a press release from the Commission signed by National Commissioner and Chairman information and voter education committee Mr. Sam Olumekun mni.
