Addressing the esteemed gathering of Osisioma Foundation Executives in Umunya today, he shared his deep concerns about his beloved Anambra State.

He expressed his deepest gratitude to Dr. Chike Obidigbo, the founder of Osisioma Foundation, for giving him the forum to interact and express his desire to govern Anambra. He tasked them to get involved in community development projects, and try to hold leaders accountable, and contribute also their skills and resources to the collective progress of the state.

He said "It pains me to see our state, once a beacon of progress, now facing unprecedented challenges. Regrettably, Anambra has become the worst-rated state in terms of security across the South East."

He stressed that this is not the legacy of the land that produced great figures like Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, and Chinua Achebe.

He however stressed that the commitment of the NGO, Osisioma Foundation at fostering economic renaissance and empowering the people through their NGO is commendable.

"Together, through our collective efforts and active citizenship, we can restore Anambra to its rightful place of prominence."

He however stated that Ndi Anambra  must foster unity in purpose, setting aside their differences to work collectively towards Anambra's renaissance. As he stressed that the strength of Ndi Anambra lies in their unity.

He further stressed that "We need to focus on developing key areas like Nnewi, Onitsha, the Omambala Axis, our capital, Awka, and more. Each region has unique potential that, when properly harnessed, will contribute to our State's overall growth."

Furthermore,he noted that Ndi Anambra must establish and leverage strategic public-private partnerships to drive sustainable development across all sectors.

Continuing he stressed that, the task of rebuilding Anambra is not for leaders alone, as every citizen has a crucial role to play.

He therefore called on all Anambra indigenes to embrace active citizenship; in this way, he avvered that they can ensure we have effective and compassionate leaders.
