The Ifite Ogbeadiji indigenes of Nnobi in Idemili South local government area of Anambra state living in diaspora have praised the Chairman of the community
Comrade Izuegbunam Stanley Fabian Obioma, for his outstanding leadership qualities.

Speaking to this reporter on behalf of the Diasporeans comprising members from United state of America, Europe, Canada, South Africa, and Asia, the Coordinator of “Ifite Men In Diaspora", Mr Ifeanyi Aloysius Ogbunigwe a.k.a. (MAYOR SWISS) extolled the development ideas of comrade Izuegbunam as exceptional. He said that since the inception of Ogbeadiji community he had worked hard to ensure that the community remained together.

"We have not experienced this transformational leadership and service delivery which are second to none. We are grateful and thank you so much for your efforts".

Mayor SWISS who exonerated the Chairman, Comrade Izuegbunam from the false allegations levelled against him of bringing in unknown security mercenaries into Nnobi community, noted that the men of Anambra state vigilante operatives were duly invited, received by the Royal father of Nnobi Community, HRM Engr Nick Obi, the commander of Nnobi Vigilant group, Comr , Bartholomew Okwudili Ojukwu among others and not the other way round.

He pointed out that the presence of Anambra state vigilant operatives in Ifite Ogbeadiji has made some criminal elements operating around the community to leave over night. “Besides the Anambra state vigilant special strike force he said operate across the local government area.

While enumerating some of the major developmental activities of Izuegbunam led-administration to include, improved security of lives and property of the people, facilitating of Anambra State Health Insurance Scheme, which is fully financed by High Chief Obinna Ufudo (Ochendo Nnobi). He said other achievements include the construction of boreholes within the nooks and crannies of the community, women and youth empowerment by High Chief Emeka Hamilton Ezeonu (Ikemba Nnobi), installation of over eighty (80) Solar powered street lights ( known as Operation Light Up Ifite Ogbeadiji Community), and 1 kilometre Road project constructed by (Ikemba Nnobi) among others.

He also noted that the developmental ideas of the Izuegbunam leadership in the community have equally attracted high rental income, a situation where landlords have a high value of tenancy payment. This he stressed was as a result of Comrade Obioma's "think thank" initiative for Smart Mega Community”

He also expressed appreciation to His Royal Majesty Igwe (Engr.) Muodum Nick Obi for gracing their 2024 maiden Ashaolu festival held last month on 26th and equally commended the good people of the Ogbeadiji community for turning out enmass during the celebrations.

However, Mayor Swiss used the opportunity to warn whosoever that is trying to thwart the efforts of the Chairman and his executives and its security architecture to hands off from such acts. Adding that anybody with complaints about the presence of Anambra Vigilante Special Strike Forces should report to Nnobi Security Committee instead of molestation or using derogatory words against the vigilant operatives thereby, hindering and sabotaging the Chairman's effort at tackling insecurity.

He pointed out that on several occasions insecurity has gained entrance to the community which up till today have left indigenes in shock.

He recounted the ugly incidence of October 14th, 2022 when kidnappers chased Mr Ogonna Ogbuefi to his father's compound and whisked him away, after huge amounts of money was paid and up till date yet to be seen. Another ordeal was the kidnap of Nze Obinna Mbanaso on 17th July 2024. Same day the Ifite Ogbeadiji community lost Chukwudum Ikegbe while several others sustained injuries.

Also speaking in their respective remarks, Chief Ifeanyi Okoye and Comrade Chukwudi Okonkwo thanked the Chairman Comrade Stanley Izuegbunam for his exceptional leadership qualities and expressed optimism of brighter future for the people of Ogbeadiji Community.
