An NGO, the Mass Movement for Good Governance(MMG) has concluded plans to empower over 1000 youths in Anambra. This is squeal to a recently signed partnership agreement with HZS Biotechnology International, a Chinese firm based in Lagos Nigeria. The founder and convener of the group, Hon. The National Chairman of Independent electoral commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu has tasked the guild of corporate online publishers (GOCOP) on the need to curb fake news as Nigerians go into the general election in 2023. This is coming at the heels of the 6th annual conference of the guild of corporate online publishers on managing the process for credible out of the 2023 general election held at Sheraton hotel Ikeja Lagos state.    In his address Prof Yakubu Mahmood commended GOCOP for choosing “2023 Elections: Managing the Process for Credible Outcome” as the theme for this year’s conference. The Igbo Pan Socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Anambra State Chapter, has recognized the Founder, Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF), and Chairman, Chrome Group, Sir (Dr.) Emeka Offor, presenting him with an Award for his contributions towards the eradication of Polio in Nigeria, as well as his numerous humanitarian service to the society.
