ISOPADEC RELEASES FUNDS TO SELECTED GROUPS

The Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ISOPADEC) has today disbursed the monthly subvention to select groups in the Oil Producing communities.

The CEO/MD of ISOPADEC, Chief Charles Orie at the ISOPADEC Complex met with select groups which includes the physically challenged groups, Traditional rulers in the oil kingdoms, ISOPADEC Youths, and ISOPADEC women of the three (3) Local Governments of the Oil Producing Kingdom.

Chief Charles Orie, at the meeting commended the Governor, His Excellency, Hope Uzodimma for the approval of the subventions and support to the commission and the empowerments of the people of the Oil producing communities in the State.

The three (3) Local Government of the Oil Communities in the State duly represented are: Oru East, Orlu and Ohaji Egbema Local Governments.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie as the substantive Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.
