Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, the Minister of State for Education As early as 7.30am was already at Kuta Shiroro Niger state, to assess the security situation for learning at the Federal Science and Technical College,Kuta, Niger State,having reviewed the situation at Birinin Yauri, Kebbi State four days ago upon the return of 30 abducted students.
This is inline with his continued engagement with the nation's security operatives driving the overall safety architecture of the country which remains a major plank of the Ministry's 's total manpower production drive.
The Honorable Minister also called upon Colleges especially technical colleges to look inward in solving their problems instead of relying on the procurement mechanism at the Ministry. He made this call while inspecting the Chalk Production Unit at the school. He stressed that time has come for proactive measures which will help the overall well-being on Institutions in the country.
