HOPE UZODIMMA TWO YEARS IN OFFICE , SO FAR SO GOOD.

Today the 14th of January, is no doubt a day Imolites would continue to remember with happiness and thanks to God Almighty for the liberation of imo State.

On this day two years ago, the Supreme Court of Nigeria gave the landmark judgement that saw Governor Hope Uzodimma reclaim his stolen mandate from the opposition Imo PDP.

So far, Imo State has witnessed tremendous changes in every sector of the state.In infrastructure, Imo is toping the chart in South east , the health sector has been revived , civil service repackaged to be more productive, and security of the state energized to see to the protection of lives and properties.

The 3R agenda has been of greater benefits to imo people, illegally acquired lands are been recovered and handed over to the legal owners , looted government properties are not left out in the recovery revolution.

Governor Hope Uzodimma has shown commitment and capacity in the last two years, no doubt the remaining years would be a date with Imo people, as the good works earlier embarked upon by the shared prosperity government of Governor Hope Uzodimma shall continue to grow in leaps and bounds.

Security Forces in the state through a coordinated intelligence report has bursted the camp of the unknown gunmen at Akokwa, Arondizuogu after a long gun duel which resulted to the death of some of the criminals and others arrested. BREAKING: 2Baba Shot Dead In Rivers State

A notorious cult leader and the prime suspect in the brutal murder of the late Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim, in the state, Gift Okpara, popularly referred to as 2Baba, has been reportedly killed in a police-led major security raid. The police and other security agencies were said to have conducted land and aerial raids at the identical hideout of the Iceland cult leader and his gang at Idu-Ekpeye in Ahoada East local government area of Rivers on Saturday, February 17. Hundreds of mourners, friends, well-wishers, media representatives, and party faithful gathered are presently at Emmaus House in Awka for a candlelight procession to honor the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.
