The greeting was conveyed yesterday (Wednesday) by the Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, Mr. Emeka Ezeh, during the Christmas Edition of its Customer Dialogue - a virtual customer engagement initiative by the company to periodically interface with its customers and get feedback on how the company has fared in serving them.

According to Ezeh, the engagement was principally to appreciate its esteemed customers for their support and cooperation in the course of the year.

Some of the customers who participated in the engagement used the opportunity to commend EEDC for the significant improvement experienced in its service delivery, while others saw it as an avenue to enumerate their challenges.

Ezeh assured customers of the company’s readiness to consistently and steadily improve on its services while ensuring that they enjoy quality service during the yuletide.

“We encourage our customers to take advantage of the innovative service support initiatives introduced to make customer experience enjoyable, these include the EEDC Connect App, as well as the Online Bill Download Portal.”

He went on to inform the customers that the company has equipped its technical teams who will be on ground during the yuletide to attend to complaints that may crop up during the holiday period.

He further encouraged customers to be more vigilant and help safeguard the electricity infrastructure within their environment from vandals, so they can enjoy the services EEDC will offer during the festive period.
