RE: UZODINMA: THE COST OF WASTEFUL FUGITIVISM

By Levi Osuji

Deception, recklessness and flagrant abuse of mental stability with falsehood and unbalanced statistics are the true definition of the opposition party - the PDP! In their desperation to cling on to the dwindling identity, they have continued to dissipate  the little energy that should have been channeled into resolving their internal crisis and possibly a rebrand.

The ongoing infrastructural revolution of the Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma continues to overwhelm their sense of reasoning as to what magic was applied to actualize all that had seemed impossible to them. They have however come to terms, the improved system of governance served on the people by the people's Governor.

Worried over the confirmed extinction of the PDP from the state, possibly from the nation, the Imo State PDP have resorted to feeding the populace with their characteristic propaganda, all in a bid to foist themselves on the people. But then, the days of old remains in history and the people are awake to their conciousness.

Assuming, without conceding to your baseless statistics, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that you erred in the cost of chartered flights within the country. Assuming, without conceding to your blatant lies, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that His Excellency has been on productive networking for the fixing of the mess created by the cumulative tenure of the ousted PDP-led administration and the bigger thief. Assuming, without conceding to your propaganda, I wish to call your attention to the fact that you failed in your mathematical calculation of the percentile summations.

Now, to the real deal! Assuming, without conceding to all your propagated fallacy, I wish to remind you that despite all you falsified, world class projects are ongoing across the state. The road revolution of the 3R Government has surpassed expectations when juxtaposed with the overall revenue of the state. Quite unprecedented, the two major Federal Roads connecting the three senatorial zones are under construction by the state Government. Despite the short fall on FAAC from the birth of the Shared Prosperity administration, monumental feet was achieved within the first 100days in office.

Need I remind you that Ihedioha had budgeted a whopping sum of N800m for the renovation of Douglass House while he operated from the Hotel, for the period in office, at the expense of the state funds. However, it might interest you to recall that His Excellency, the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma reviewed that sum downward to N177m and achieved a greater result - that's prudence. You want to talk about wisdom in financial management then be reminded that Ihedioha spent over N187m to buy and import a bulletproof Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van that would convey "Ndi Imo nile" from their various houses to their farmlands.

I understand how it feels to have a failed investment. This is the case of the PDP in Imo State with respect to the detection and subsequent cleaning up of the malware PDP installed in the payroll system via the various criminally intended verification exercise. Having lost these revenues, it boarders you to feel the credit alert vibration of Pensioners and Civil Servants monthly but yours isn't activated yet - yes, because it has been expunged off the system.

I wouldn't blame the PDP so much because their inability to comprehend the indices employed in measuring economic growth has left them with the assumption success by propaganda.

Know it today and let it sink, the expenditure on frivolities by Emeka Ihedioha in all his unproductive international trips can never be equated with the strategic network of the Shared Prosperity administration which has continued to attract developmental benefits to the people of Imo -  "Ndi Imo amara kwala"!
