Gov Zulum pays courtsey visit to Nwajiuba, seeks for partnership with Federal Ministry of Education


Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, has paid a courtsey call on the minister of state for education, Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba in his office atZulum pays courtsey visit to Nwajiuba, seeks for partnership with Federal Ministry of Education Abuja. 


The Honorable Minister of State Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba was today paid a courtesy call by the Executive. Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum. The visit was to chart an agenda on how the Federal Ministry of Education will partner with the Borno State government in delivering quality education in the State in an era when insurgency has greatly affected that sector of the state.


The minister however thanked the Governor for finding time out of his busy schedule to seek for the education of his people in am era of insurgency, which had almost destroyed the state's economy and social economy. 


The minister however promised to do all within the ambit of his ministry to enter into a formidable partnership with the people of Boronu state to ensure that education is revived in the state in the shortest possible time. 

They were joined by Hajia Binta AbdulKadir,  Coordinator of the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA)

Valentine Ozigbo Resigns from Labour Party

In a shocking move, against all speculations over the last few days, Valentine Ozigbo, a close ally of Peter Obi, has announced his resignation from the Labour Party (LP).
