Anambra 2021: Ozigbo Campaign Council Inuagurated, with Senator Uche Ekwunife as Chairman of Campaign Council

The Senator representing Anambra Central at the Senate, Senator Uche Ekwunife, has Inuagurated the state Election campaign council of Valentine Chineto Ozigbo, at Awka, for the November 6th Gubernatorial election.

In her opening remarks, she attributed the victory of Valentine Chineto Ozigbo as providence from God. She reiterated the fact that she is now in, on delivering Valentine Chineto Ozigbo the candidate of PDP, as the next governor of Anambra state come 6th November 2021.

While inuguarating the state council, she charged them to ensure that they take the message of Ka Anambra Chawapu to the grassroots which is there primary responsibility in this election going forward.

She commended the leader of PDP in Anambra state, Sir Peter Obi for his large heart in ensuring that peace regined in the party. She also commended party leaders like Chief Chris Uba, Senator Annie Okonkwo and others whom she said are still leaders of the party. She however pleaded with the leaders of the PDP in the state, who seem aggrieved by the outcome of the primary election, and asked them to come back, for the interest of the party as they can never be wished away going into the election.

She however charged the inuguarated executive of the campaign council to go down to the grassroots and inuguarate their local government councils and wards to ensure victory for the party.

The DG of Valentine Chineto Ozigbo Campaign Council, Dr Alex Obiogblu, in his remarks also thanked PDP faithful in the state for standing behind the candidature of Valentine Chineto Ozigbo. He charged those inuguarated to ensure that the interest of the party remains sacrosanct in delivering the needed governance in the state.

While addressing the campaign council, Valentine Chineto Ozigbo thanked the National hierarchy of the PDP, lead by Chief Uche Secondus, the State working committe of PDP in Anambra state, lead by Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu, and Senator Uche Ekwunife the chairperson of his campaign council, for their steadfastness towards the 2021 gubernatorial election in Anambra. He however called on those he contested the primary Election with, to come together and forge ahead to enable the PDP win the election.

He thanked God for a successful inuguaration of his campaign council and tasked them to go down to the grassroots and preach the message of Ka Anambra Chawapu, to ensure that PDP wins this election come 6th November 2021.
