IMO IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS, UZODIMMA TELLS INVESTORS

Governor Hope Uzodimma has declared Imo State investment free for investors who wish to establish their business in the State.

Rendering account of stewardship during the State Stakeholders meeting on Saturday, he stated that his administration has fashioned out irresistible incentives to woo investors.

Uzodimma noted that *investment-friendly* polices *have* been put in place to benefit the state and investors.

"The State has great potentials for tourism development and we *cannot* explore that without having the requisite *infrastructure* update supportive of such investment that drives on security, aesthetics, good road networks, hospitable environment and reliable transportation system". He stated.

A notorious cult leader and the prime suspect in the brutal murder of the late Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim, in the state, Gift Okpara, popularly referred to as 2Baba, has been reportedly killed in a police-led major security raid.
