RE: UZODIMMA IS THE ONLY REASON FOR OUR RESTIVENESS- IPOB



- IMO PDP AND IPOB WORKING AGAINST THE PEACE AND SECURITY OF IMOLITES 



This is the very height of political misdemeanor for a party that claims to be the number one opposition party in the state to reduce themselves to becoming a channel for the dissemination of information from a group that terrorized and killed innocent Imolites and security operatives.


Events of these past weeks have shown that the Imo PDP are sympathizers and apologists of these enemies of the state and the truth is not far that due to their bitterness that Gov. Hope Uzodimma have surpassed their expectations and dwarfed their intentions, they have ran out of stock of blames and now speaking for the proscribed group.


The recent copy and paste publication made available by IPOB and being circulated by Imo PDP wherein Gov. Hope Uzodimma was ignorantly accused of been the only reason for IPOB restiveness exposes the brazen ignorance and vile nature of the Imo PDP that is being masked from the public. While it is understandable to know that fighting insecurity those behind it will reinforce by all means, Imo PDP is shameless and are power bigots and can support anything from anybody even the devil so far Gov. Hope Uzodimma will be abused, defamed and accused wrongly.


Gov. Hope Uzodimma is an individual but by the virtue of his position in the state confers on him state powers to do everything that will ensure the protection of lives and properties and combat any form of security threats against imo people. The war against ESN now masquerading as unknown gunmen was not fought for the good or selfish reason(s) of the governor but that of Imolites. Hence, anybody against this be it IPOB or Imo PDP is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.


Whether Imo PDP or IPOB describes the peace we enjoy as ostensible, one this conspicuous is that they have attested to the fact that Imo state is peaceful and while other igbo socio-political groups must’ve sued for peace, Gov. Hope Uzodimma displayed his will power as the Chief Security Officer of the state and no doubt must be commended.


Imo PDP should retrace their steps and begin to retract their unguarded comments since they’ve lost touch with the people they claim to protect their interests and now resulted to speaking for a disgruntled group and IPOB by now should’ve known that Gov. Hope Uzodimma is not a man that can be moved by threats as he will continue to give them a run for anything they have up their sleeves.


We need no other argument to bring to finality that both Imo PDP and IPOB are full of theatrics and have nothing to offer Imolites and Ndi igbo at large, so must not be taken serious or their words since chasing clouts, scaremongering, campaign of calumny and other evil vices are what they are known for.

Security Forces in the state through a coordinated intelligence report has bursted the camp of the unknown gunmen at Akokwa, Arondizuogu after a long gun duel which resulted to the death of some of the criminals and others arrested. Valentine Ozigbo Resigns from Labour Party

In a shocking move, against all speculations over the last few days, Valentine Ozigbo, a close ally of Peter Obi, has announced his resignation from the Labour Party (LP).
