Igwe Dr Robert C Eze pays courtsey call to new AIG Zone 13.


Earlier today, His Majesty Igwe Dr Robert C Eze ( Okofia Vi) Igwe Ukpo & Clan Head of Dunukofia, on the invitation of the Assistant Inspector general of police in charge of Zone 13 Police zonal Command- AIG Muhammad Garba Mukaddas paid a historic Visit to the Zonal Command today, being June 17, 2021 at 3pm.



The Igwe and his Team were received by the AIG Muhammad Garba Mukaddas incompany of DCP Echeng Echeng ( ZCID ), DCP Chris Aimionowane ( ZDOPS ),ACP I M Miringa ( AC Admin ), ACP Akin Fakorade  (AC ZCID), CSP Dilichukwu Omenma, PHD ( OC, ZIB ), CSP Vivian Aworonye ( OC, Legal ), DSP Nkeiruka Nwaode ( ZPPRO ) among others.


The Igwe in the course of today's Visit, formally handed over a copy of the request for the takeover of Police Secondary School Ukpo facility by the Nigeria Police earlier sent to the IGP, to the AIG and implored him to see to approval of his request. He also assured that the host Community is ever willing to provide conducive atmosphere for the effective Operation of the Zone. AIG Muhammad Garba Mukaddas in response to his Majesty's remarks, thanked him for the Visit, assured him of his commitment to follow up on his request as well as the co-operation of the Zone with the host Community for mutual benefits.



In his delegation were, Ichie Emma Ogbuka (Deputy Leader of Cabinet business), Ichie Nwachukwu Okonkwo (  Cabinet Secretary ), Ichie Alex Nweke (Cabinet Financial secretary), Ichie John Olibie ( Cabinet Treasurer), Ichie Romanus Okeke-Etoo ( Cabinet Welfare Officer ), Ichie Raphael Akude (Chairman, Ukpo Land Mgt Committee), Ichie Okwuchukwu Ezeaku ( Member, Cabinet Committee on Security Matters) & Chief Chukwuemeka Chukwuka President General, UIU.


The AIG also took his Majesty on a tour of the Zonal Facility. This is the first Visit of his Majesty to the Zone after it's official inauguration on July 08, 2020. The President General of Ukpo Improvement Union- Chief Chukwuemeka Chukwuka thanked the AIG and his Team for the warm reception accorded the Igwe and his delegation and prayed for God's blessings on the Zone.

BREAKING: 2Baba Shot Dead In Rivers State

A notorious cult leader and the prime suspect in the brutal murder of the late Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim, in the state, Gift Okpara, popularly referred to as 2Baba, has been reportedly killed in a police-led major security raid. Prominent Leaders Pay Tribute to Late Sen Ifeanyi Ubah, at Anambra Community Candlelight Procession in Awka
