Vol. One
By: Prince Tony Ezeimo (Ikenga-Nimo)
“He who waits to do a great deal of good at once, will never do anything”. Those are the words of *Samuel Johnson* expressed on the importance of letting go of the illusion of changing the world with one mighty strike and acting in bits and pieces. Perfection does not exist, and if you focus on perfection, you will get caught in analysis paralysis and nothing will ever get finished. The world is filled with constantly evolving issues that humans have created and need to solve these solutions will not come at the same time. Hence, "we should never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has". (Margaret Mead)
Ifeanyi Ubah is a man of spontaneous brilliance with an eye for details who understands the importance of taking strategic little steps that are sustainable and consistent enough to produce significant results over time. *His community contributions cut across human capital development, education, real estate, road construction, philanthropy, and most significantly sports.*
As a leader, he understands that an effective strategy acts as a bridge between the past and the future. That it involves judgements and decisions about when to commit and bet, when to delay a commitment, when to abort a plan that will not work and when to change the rules of the game completely.
In his legislative space, he is aware that when policies are implemented by the Government, it directly improves the livelihood of the masses. He has sponsored and co-sponsored several bills and moved so many motions that are people oriented and would positively impact lives.
Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah agrees with Nelson Mandela that Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world, and this is visible in his action of placing about a thousand students on scholarship.
As a philanthropist, the man Ifeanyi Ubah has provided homes for many indigent people. Also, more than a thousand widows enjoy continuous material and financial donations from Ifeanyi's bank of care.
Taking it a step further, strategies have been put in place to ensure that the beneficiaries develop skills that they can leverage on to enable them to become financially dependent over time.
On youth empowerment, his enthusiasm in supporting sportsmanship is impressive and has paved paths of success for thousands of youths. He believes that when youths exert their energies and discipline on athletic activities, they will eventually bring joy to the nation when they perform excellently in competitive sports.
*Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah* enjoys implementing projects that are beneficial to the larger society. He has constructed and reconstructed uncountable roads in Anambra South and is currently building Nnewi Catholic Cathedral, Twenty bungalows for twenty indigent people in Anambra South.
*Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah* may not be loved by people who are not comfortable with his daring and strategic ways, but he is clearly the hope of the youths in Anambra State and with ideas that will move the state from the current pitiable situation to an enviable height, he is worthy of more attention.
With the Progressives, Distinguished Senator. Ubah has shown that like minds can come together and solve the problem of a society without waiting for the Government.
*Jeff Bridges* said “The way to change the world is through individual responsibility and taking local action in your own community” and that’s exactly what Ifeanyi Ubah has consistently done. He was born to save his people and he is actively on that path, taking one daring step at a time on strategic projects.
Ifeanyi, the Son of Ubah is here to project another narrative.
