Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba attends 18th Convocation Ceremony of FCET, Omoku.

The Honorable Minister of State for Education, Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, today was at the 18th Convocation Ceremony of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, Rivers State.

He congratulated the Management, Staff and Students, while reiterating that the Federal Ministry of Education is determined in putting every resources in ensuring that Nigeria has the best crop of teachers for all levels of Educational pursuit.

He therefore enjoined the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) to work in concert with the Federal Ministry of Education to actualize the objectives of the College and other teacher training institutions in Nigeria.

A notorious cult leader and the prime suspect in the brutal murder of the late Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim, in the state, Gift Okpara, popularly referred to as 2Baba, has been reportedly killed in a police-led major security raid.
