VALENTINE OZIGBO CONGRATULATES VEN ONWUGHALU ON THE MARRIAGE OF HIS DAUGHTER


Valentine Ozigbo, the immediate past President and Group CEO of Transcorp Plc, on Sunday, April 4, 2021, graced the wedding of Larry Okechukwu Maduagwu and Vanessa Nneamaka Onwughalu. 


The bride, Vanessa, is the daughter of Chief Ven Onwughalu, a successful business mogul and Mrs. Amaka Onwughalu, a veteran banker. The groom, Larry, is the son of Hon. Rita Maduagwu, the immediate past Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly. 


Ozigbo, a leading governorship aspirant in Anambra State, congratulated the couple on their wedding, praying for the union to be the start of a new chapter of great things in their lives.  


“Marriage is an institution that is ordained by God. I’ve been on this journey for over 18 years and I must say, it has been a huge blessing," the respected business leader said.


"So, I wish Larry, and his lovely bride, Vanessa the grace to love each other and overcome all trials that may come their way," Ozigbo said.


“I wish you good luck as you begin this lifelong union of love. I also ask that the Almighty bless your union with children that will be a blessing to humanity,” he added. 


The wedding reception, which was held at Chief Onwughalu’s country home in Osumenyi in Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State attracted many high-brow friends, family members and well-wishers of the two families.

Valentine Ozigbo Resigns from Labour Party

In a shocking move, against all speculations over the last few days, Valentine Ozigbo, a close ally of Peter Obi, has announced his resignation from the Labour Party (LP).
