The 22nd of July 2017, will ever remain green, in
the lives of management, parents, teachers and pupils of Havilah nursery
and primary school Abubor Nnewichi, as it marked its 9th graduation
ceremony.
The graduation ceremony was kicked started by Ven
Ekene Ironausi, the Vicar of St Marks Anglican, Nnewichi, Nnewi. He
prayed for the successful graduation of pupils who will be going into a
higher level of academic endevour, and called on God Almighty to guide
and protect the little ones in their academic pursuits, which will give
joy to both parents and teachers, inclusive of the society in which they
live in, because if they turn out good, its for the overall interest of
the society. She stressed that it is in the tradition of Havilah Nursery and Primary School, to always bless their children by giving them the word of light, which is the word of God. She prayed, that, as they move into greater heights in their endevours, that God should give them the grace, to be the best in everything they lay their hands on.
She thanked parents, guardians, teachers and pupils for how they helped in making the event a success. She therefore called on parents to ensure they follow up on their children at home, so that they can continue to grow in truth and in spirit. She called on other parents within and around Nnewi to bring their wards to Havilah Nursery and primary school, so that they can get the best out of their wards.
