Havilah Nursery and Primary School, Abubor Nnewichi Holds 9th Graduation Ceremony

The 22nd of July 2017, will ever remain green, in the lives of management, parents, teachers and pupils of Havilah nursery and primary school Abubor Nnewichi, as it marked its 9th graduation ceremony.
The graduation ceremony was kicked started by Ven Ekene Ironausi, the Vicar of St Marks Anglican, Nnewichi, Nnewi. He prayed for the successful graduation of pupils who will be going into a higher level of academic endevour, and called on God Almighty to guide and protect the little ones in their academic pursuits, which will give joy to both parents and teachers, inclusive of the society in which they live in, because if they turn out good, its for the overall interest of the society.
In his opening remarks, the chairman of the occasion, Prof O.O Mbaonu, thanked God for the life of Mrs Chizoba Onweluzo, whom God has used to impact positively on the life's of children who attend Havilah Nursery and Primary School, because of their wonderful performance in all their academic endeavors. He commended the parents of the school, for giving their children the best quality of education, because in Havilah no child is left behind, He called on other parents within and around Nnewi to ensure that there children are enrolled into Havilah in the nect academic session, as that will bring out the best in them, He also thanked the Chairman of PTA Mr Okpara, for his steadfastness in handling the affairs of the school, which has ensured a good working relationship between teachers and parents. He thanked the Head Teacher, Mr. Abiola for being proactive in the affairs of the school, which has led to upward academic up liftment of the Children.
While speaking with Nigerian Notch, the proprietress of Havilah Nursery and Primary School, Mrs. Chizoba Onweuzo, said she was happy and elated that her children are graduating from one class to the other. She said, it was significant to have sent them off, especially the grade 5 pupils with the Bible which is the word of God, as the world is built with word of God.
 She stressed that it is in the tradition of Havilah Nursery and Primary School, to always bless their children by giving them the word of light, which is the word of God. She prayed, that, as they move into greater heights in their endevours, that God should give them the grace, to be the best in everything they lay their hands on.
 She thanked parents, guardians, teachers and pupils for how they helped in making the event a success. She therefore called on parents to ensure they follow up on their children at home, so that they can continue to grow in truth and in spirit. She called on other parents within and around Nnewi to bring their wards to Havilah Nursery and primary school, so that they can get the best out of their wards.
The high points of the event where presentation of certificates, valedictory speech by Ntosi Chigozie, the immediate past senior prefect of Havilah, Akuko Uwa by the language club, nursery variety shows by  Pre Nursery, Nursery 1, 2, 3, choreography by green house, yellow house and blue house, debate by literary and debating club, art exhibition, drama by drama club, cultural dance groups (Igbo & Yoruba, French shows

BREAKING: 2Baba Shot Dead In Rivers State

A notorious cult leader and the prime suspect in the brutal murder of the late Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim, in the state, Gift Okpara, popularly referred to as 2Baba, has been reportedly killed in a police-led major security raid. Prominent Leaders Pay Tribute to Late Sen Ifeanyi Ubah, at Anambra Community Candlelight Procession in Awka
